WOOFZ has compiled a lot of learning into small easy to follow chapters. Really enjoying it with my 8 week border aussie

Helped me with phone settings to allow the app to work better. Once the app was working as intended I began training and within a day the results could be seen. The instructions are simple and effective. I am being trained. I’m impressed.

Scammed out of $200. Be careful of intro offers. I did not want an ongoing service yet was automatically renewed and billed $49.99 a month for 4 months before I caught it. They refused a refund even though I never used the service or new they were auto renewing my subscription.

Andrea at the Woofz team was very friendly and efficient in her customer service!! I couldn’t cancel my policy in my phone settings but the instructions are clear to follow and I received an email with in 10 minutes regarding my cancellation, the whole process from start to finish was very quick and easy! I’d just like to say that the cancellation is on me and not a reflection on the app content or the service provided.

I would have rated five stars if I was able to skip things and come back without them showing as completed
Response from WoofzNov 20, 2025
Hi Athena! Thank you for the feedback! If your pup already knows certain commands, you can skip lessons by tapping "My dog knows this command" at the bottom of the lesson screen. This will allow you to move forward to the content you're most interested in. If you have any further queries, you can reach us at [email protected] with the subject line "Woofz.Review". We look forward to hearing from you!
