Great guide for the dog🙌🏽🙏🏽

j'ai souscrit un abonnement jusqu'au 12 janvier. D'après l'app, je devais avoir un programme sur mesure pour mon chien, selon les renseignement que j'avais transmis. Au final, 3 pauvre tutos pour apprendre le nom du chien et "yes" ! Tout le reste n'est accessible qu'en payant un nouvel abonnement. Publicité mensongère !!!

Woofz gives a clear guide and breakdown of training steps in small easy session. I learnt a lot about what I might be doing wrong, and how to try new training tactics with my 7 month old puppy. A frustration I had was that when she just wasn’t getting a step though I was putting in the hours, I wanted to move on to something else and couldn’t. But I guess I’ll stick with where we are at and keep going until she gets it!

Buyer beware!! This company has taken 2 extra payments from my credit card without authorisation and are refusing to refund them. Fraudulent activity that is now being investigated. Do not engage with this company.

I am writing this review to warn other pet owners about the deceptive pricing disparities and checkout mechanics in the Woofz app. While the app is heavily marketed as a free tool or a low-cost trial, the signup process utilizes highly confusing layout screens that result in immediate, unexpected charges. When I signed up on a desk top computer, I chose the option for a 4-week trial for $15.19. I paid through my PayPal account. PayPal sent me a message about a reoccurring payment to Woofz for $36.99. I immediately went to my PayPal account and stopped the reoccurring payment. I then used the App Store to download the program to my phone. I was unable to log in but had to go through all the questions again. Imagine my surprise when the pricing structure was completely different. I reached out to their customer support immediately to resolve this; I was met with automated bot responses denying a refund under their restrictive money-back policy. Their pricing tiers are entirely non-transparent, and the checkout process functions as a subscription trap. Check your bank statements, credit card accounts, and PayPal immediately. At least I am only out $15.19. Thank you PayPal! 10/23/2026 After I shared the contents of this post, Woofz did refund my money

easy to access and use

Really enjoying the app to supplement our in person training. It would be nice to access some articles early in the process. But the plan is clear and has been very helpful in our first few weeks.
