The app focused on the things my dog could already do. My £12 plan was then a monthly subscription of nearly £40 ! They do not refund either. Avoid

Overall a good app, but could use some major improvements, like adding a tab or UX-friendly feature to track meals, potty times, and activities like socialization. There's a way to add meals, but it is buried, and no way to track potty break times which would be perhaps the most useful thing when house training. I also wish every lesson came with video instructions, as opposed to just some of them. In general, I like the app, but there are several things holding it back from being great!

I was able to train my dog in a much easier way. This app helped tons. Even my ten year old used the app to teach her a couple tricks!

First they charged me for the premium app I never signed up for and I now have to dispute with my credit card company. But above and beyond that, even the premium content is absolutely garbage. They make you start at the very beginning regardless of your puppies age or where you are in their training process. If you’re somebody who has even these lightest bit of experience with dogs or puppies, this is going to be too basic. I don’t need the basic sit and stay command. She’s already doing that well, but I can’t skip forward. I have to at least pretend to go through all these stupid trainings before I can get to the part I need. But when I finally got to what I needed it’s absolutely worthless. Force you to do these idiotic quizzes that are better suited for a first grader. It is so basic that paying for it as an absolute waste of money. There are many free videos on YouTube. You’d be better off looking into. This app is a total waste of time. There’s nothing useful on here for me.

Please know we use secure payment systems like PayPal and Stripe, which require multi-step authorization, so all purchases are protected. Auto-renewal charges can sometimes come as a surprise, but all subscription details, including renewal dates, were clearly displayed, and you could cancel ahead of time directly in app. But we completely understand that in today’s busy online world, it’s easy to overlook something- so we’ve already processed a refund for your payment. Also please note, if your pup already knows certain commands, you can skip lessons by tapping “My dog knows this command” at the bottom of the lesson screen to move forward to content that interests you.
