WoofzReviews of woofz.com

I believe the advice given per session is very valuable and is what I was taught in the past that work. I am also learning new ways of training my dogs.

I recently contacted Woofz to help me with a billing question that I had. The support team member who responded to my email was prompt, professional and very helpful. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. If I could have rated my experience higher than five stars, I would have.

Woofz is a wonderful training tool. Since I’ve downloaded the app my pup and I have been having so much fun. The app is simple to use, and it walks you through step by step. I highly recommend it! Download and start having fun while your puppy learns.

I love teaching Joseph and he loves learning. Woofz makes it easy!

Simple and easy to follow training! It’s been a blast training new pup! Have only had it for a few days, but already a fan!

Woof is a great app to help with training my new lovely puppy

I saw the Woofz advert on Facebook with a reduced price of £12 and thought I would give it a try as we’d not long bought a puppy. I use and iPad, so I clicked on the advert and downloaded the app, paying the £12. As a busy carer of a 12 year old, I didn’t get chance to use the app, so didn’t complete the registration. I later decided to use a local/in person dog trainer and didn’t use the app at all. 3 months later I noticed a payment of £30.77 being taken out of my bank account by a company I didn’t recognise. On further investigation I discovered it was for the Woofz app and they’d taken the same amount for the month before too. I checked my Apple subscription records, Woofz payments weren’t recorded there. I had a look at the app - but couldn’t check any subscription as I wasn’t registered so didn’t have a login account. So I contacted them via their contact page. I explained that I had received no payment confirmation or notifications emails, in fact no emails from them at all and that I thought I was paying £12 for the app not for a subscription. They agreed to refund the last payment but not the previous one. They kept referring to their Subscription T&Cs - I replied that this was irrelevant as I didn’t know it was a subscription. Despite numerous emails they will not budge. I checked on the Apple Store App review and saw that there are many others who have been caught by them. They say they value ‘Transparency and Clarity’ - I don’t believe them, their subscription process is neither clear or transparent!
