I got quick response from customer service when I questioned why I hadn’t received a promised training pdf file. The pdf was included in the first reply to my email.

Signed up for a free trial and then immediately cancelled and then over 6 months later £118 came out of my bank account from the app without my consent, i have then had to get in contact with my bank to try and get my money back.
