I initially tried this app after buying our first puppy. Despite initial success, I found that in-person sessions with other puppies were more effective so cancelled my subscription. Seven months later, the company was still taking payments from my bank account. When I complained, they processed a refund for one month. I am still chasing them for the remaining funds... very poor.

Do Not Even Contemplate Wasting Your Money On This Useless Site. You have to download an app before you can get the "Training Program" except that they don't tell you that if you have a phone that is older, then you have absolutely no chance! If you have not got the app then you can not use the "Training Program" When you go onto the website you just get the intro quiz asking basic questions about your dog and then it goes straight into the "which payment plan do you want " then you are sent a message that you have been given a gift. So around the loop you go! It happens every time taking you back to the quiz oh guess what...then you get taken too the payment plans! Save your precious time and money and avoid it!
