I don't recall signing up and only noticed when I was re-billed 40 dollars that there is an ongoing subscription. Be careful here. In a world where we are all drowning in subscriptions I just wish more of these platforms would show some grace. When a user is subscribed to a service they are not using it would make sense to cancel and refund. It is not a sustainable business model to take subscription fees from customers who don't know they are subscribed to a service like this. It leaves them angry and ends the relationship for good.

Very clear, captivating graphics, easy to follow instructions. Perhaps some parts, for those who have already had a dog, may be superfluous: it could be useful among the initial questions to ask if this is the first time.
Response from WoofzApr 9, 2026
Hi Elena, we love seeing pup parents who are so dedicated to understanding their pets better. 🐶💛 If there’s anything we can do to make your sessions even better, just let us know at [email protected].
