This is a great course..very well suited for my small dog. It’s easy to follow with step by step instructions. Would highly recommend!

Update: I originally gave this one star (read below why). After my poor review they really came through. It still took a while before they figured it out, but I was updated daily on the status until the problem was resolved. All is good now! It’s too bad that I had to write a poor review in order to be heard. I really wanted this to work. It looks like. They have a lot of good information. Unfortunately I was never able to access the trainings. I paid my initial fee of $15 and it asked me for a password which I didn’t have. I clicked to update password, entered my email address as instructed and never received the update password emailed. I did check my junk mail just in case, but not there. Contacted support three different times, each time received a reply that it was all set now, but it never worked. I just kept being sent to the page asking for more money.

The app is fine but when I was done using it and canceled my subscription they refunded me a small amount. I received my bank statement and they had continued to charge my card. I’ve cancelled the subscription twice now and they just keep trying to charge me. I finally went to my bank and was issued a new card to keep them from charging me again. Thank goodness I kept the email copy of the cancellation. I keep my cancellations in a folder in my gmail account so they can’t ever say they didn’t get my cancellation.

Because they can’t find the cancellation that was done on the subscription like two months ago or three months ago whenever it was done, they can’t find it so I was being charged $100 a month which I am not getting refunded because it was canceled. No they went back and checked, but they can’t find any cancellation notice or any record that I talk to anyone or anything like that so yeah if you’re gonna cancel, make sure you cancel with them because apparently they don’t know how to do it or they just tell you they did it just to keep sucking money out of you wouldn’t never go with them again.

I do really like the app, and it has amazing training techniques, and is so helpful! clear instructions and user friendly, could do with few less notifications though, and a bit pricey, but overall would recommend this app
