The video was basic and I’m not sure on how the courses I needed was selected. I couldn’t find any rhyme or reason to them. I was given an option of basic to advanced and my dog already knew some of them. We’ll see how it goes over time.

It’s helpful for beginners so far. A little frustrating to get to what you need help on at the start before having training sessions stop you in the middle of important training that needs to be known before even bringing puppy home.

WOOFZ….I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I WAS CHARGED $99.95 FOR SOMETHING I DIDN’T EVEN SUBSRCIBE FOR…THIS IS A SCAM!!! I REPORTED AND I’M DISPUTING THE CHARGE!!!! I was paying for trail period for $19.99 and I canceled the subscription so that I would not have to pay for anything else other than the 3 months I paid for…it hasn’t even been a month and I get a $99.95 charge on my credit card, even though I cancelled it still charged me!!!! I’m disputing the charge now with my credit card!!!

Whilst the app is user friendly they seem to make their charging model up as they go along. A significant payment was taken from My account yesterday and I have requested a refund which they have refused. Having asked 4 times due to lack of charging transparency they had now agreed to a full refund.
Response from WoofzMay 1, 2026
Hello Jo, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for the confusion and frustration around the charges. We’re glad we were able to resolve the situation and process the full refund for you. Your feedback regarding transparency is important, and we’ll continue working to make our pricing and billing clearer. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience.
