Toys not as described — my dog destroyed one in under 2 minutes
I subscribed to the 12-month Chewer plan for my 25-lb terrier. The toys are described as suitable for mild to moderate chewers. My dog tore chunks off the pumpkin-shaped rubber toy in under two minutes — pieces he could have swallowed. It went straight in the trash. The toys are also too heavy for a smaller dog to carry, and the "treat-dispensing" designs don't actually dispense — neither my dog nor I can get treats back out of them. The treats in the box are fine, but they're not worth $33 a month. When I asked to cancel, I was offered early release for a $50 fee. I've sent the company photos and asked them to reconsider and to take the toy quality issue back to their distributor. Dog owners deserve toys that match the description — please supervise your dog closely with these.
