Wood Splitter OutletReviews of woodsplitteroutlet.com

Ordered a Power King 5 inch wood chipper that was on-sale W/electric start & extended axel & included shipping. Verified price & extras by phone W/Ryan before I ordered, he confirmed them as included. Placed the on-line order and received a confirmation. Item arrived in large semi, lift gated to ground at my barn door. I do recommend you have someone to help you if you do not have equipment to move a small 450 pound pallet. A large furniture dolly would probably work too. All in all, a good experience. I recommend Wood Splitter Outlet as a retailer for wood/timer equipment.

Shipping got hung up somewhere in the boonies; WSO helped me figure it right out. Thanks! (Nice machine, too.)

Quality product delivered on time,, tnx...

This was an admirable experience in my Purchase and all communications with all involved, thank you very much , look forward to future purchases. Chief Engineer N. King.

Returned all my e mails timely, shipped the product immediately what more could you ask for? Absolutely satisfied!

Ryan worked with me to answer my questions and processed my order immediately. I purchased the Powerking 34 ton splitter. Due to no fault of Ryan's the splitter does not come with assembly instructions. You better be able to figure out the small parts diagram to figure out how to put it together. The manufacturer has a video on YouTube showing the assembly of their 42 ton which is much simpler than the 34 ton. It is astonishing a piece of equipment like this has no assembly instructions. I was also missing nuts, bolts and washers. Once I got it assembled it is a beast and I'm really happy I bought the kinetic. It's a shame the manufacturer either lacks the pride of their equipment or just doesn't care about their customers. This rant is totally directed a Powerking. Ryan is awesome.

Great experience and follow through. Ryan at WSO was communicative, diligent and caring about my order. There was a small issue that occurred in delivery, he followed up and ensured the order went through as intended. I cannot recommend him more highly - he runs an internet business the way you want everyone to. Rest easy and have confidence. Will return when the time comes....

came quickly and easy to assemble.
