Customer service and reliability
With an over-abundance of unverified on-line suppliers these days, it's nice to be able to have confidence that your supplier has your best interests in mind and can be relied upon to perform as expected. Wooden Cork meets all my expectations and more.

Great customer service
This was my first time using Wooden Cork to order spirits. The selection was vast & most everything was "in stock". The online ordering process was simple & straight forward. Where they really excelled was when one of the bottles I ordered was damaged when it arrived. The packaging seemed sturdy on all of the bottles I ordered (4) but once it leaves their store & the shipper has it, who knows what happens to the parcel. After contacting their CS, over the weekend, I was sure it wouldn't be until the work week to get a response. Nope. Sunday, a day later, I received an email asking for some pics of the broken bottle & that they would do what they could to make this right. Within a few hours of me sending the pics I had a response asking if I wanted another bottle or a refund. The whole process was handled quickly & efficiently with no undue hassles. I will definitely use them again & encourage my friends to do the same.
