I made a mistake with a shipping address and not only did customer service fix the address, they turned around the order in a matter of hours. I am very impressed with this company and will definitely purchase from them again!

From a highly experienced customer, what I’d want my best friends to know about Wooden Cork. 1. They don’t collect sales tax for many states and if your’s is one of those, you will legally owe them and report them on your state’s annual tax return. I did that and it added over $1,000 to the cost at year-end. 2. Don’t order Blanton blooper bottles. Wooden Cork is clear that they don’t stand behind leakage, rotten corks (I received two like that), filthy bottle boxes (four of those). The best I could get was a $50 off on my next order only after I send the pictures to Buffalo Trace who were perplexed, to say the least, with the response, “I guess you get what you pay for.” 3. Check out Frootbat, El Cerrito, and DEFINITELY Unicorn Auctions. Unicorn Auctions is absolutely top shelf and honorable. 4. On the few occasions when Wooden Cork might be your only choice, read their fine print. They do not have a temperature-controlled, pristine warehouse where these are carefully assess and ship their products. To the contrary, they contract with others who are not disclosed. While most are likely reputable, some must be providers of last resort. Don’t be fooled. I wish I could receive some form of atonement for the price gouging and periodically shoddy shipping and product conditions. Regrettably, that is not possible. I’ve moved on from them. Cheers!

Very poor customer service. I paid for a bottle and a custom box. It got returned to them. they didnt tell me. They then forced me to pay a re shipping fee and refused to include the custom box.... I would give zero stars if i could

I needed to change my shipping address shortly after I placed my order and Wooden Cork was able to fix the shipping in short order. Thank you.
