Was frustrated with their ordering process. They take money the same day, then 5 days later say their supplier does not have THEN gives themselves 2-3 days to issue a refund. They really should not charge until order secured.

Long story short: UPS lost my package. They attempted to deliver while I was out of town, so I paid them $11.99 to reschedule delivery to a later date when I would be back home. In those 11 days, the package just disappeared. Hours on the phone with UPS customer service, which included filing a lost package claim, yielded absolutely nothing. In fact, I’m still waiting for an update from them to this day… perhaps there’s a UPS driver out there somewhere sipping on that Stagg as we speak… we may never know. Contrary to UPS, Wooden Cork’s customer service was amazing, 10/10. I called them to explain everything and they were very understanding of the situation. Incredibly easy to work with as well. They ended up shipping me another bottle at no cost to replace the one UPS lost. No doubt they have earned my future business. If you’re thinking about purchasing any alcohol (especially rare bourbon) from Wooden Cork, I highly encourage you to do so. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased several items, including one bottle of Blanton’s to use as a gift. The bottle came with the wax seal broken, several cracks on the top of the bottle, with bourbon leaking and all over the bottle. I had paid for the additional “Wooden Cork Shipping Protection” as well. Support informed me “The shipping protection that was purchased only covers partial refunds/credits, replacements or exchanges are not offered. For your order we could offer a $40 refund to card or a $50 store credit to be used on a future order. We also could ship a new bottle for $100 flat, free shipping. Please let us know how you would like to proceed, thank you. “. Would not purchase from our recommend to anyone.

Needed to get a 50th birthday present to my daughter and the team at Wooden Cork made sure that happened. Flexible and quick to respond and extremely focused on the customer

Pricing is great. I needed to change shipping address after I placed the order. My email was answered and shipping address changed, no problem. Great to do business with Wooden Cork

The selection of product is outstanding. The products I ordered came quickly. They were packaged very secure. If anyone is looking for something top shelf this is they need to come.
