WoodcaftReviews of woodcaft.com

I've just been done! Ordered a Bosch washing machine on 12/12/24 and kept getting regular updates from their freight company Lushfly (sic) as follows: Estonia, Glasgow, Newcastle, Middlesborough, attempted delivery 07/01/25.... £599 paid on credit card so hope to get it back. Clever people, else I'm a very silly sausage :0(

SCAM BE AWARE As detailed by a number of other people this is a scam I ordered a product 9th December hoping to be here relatively quickly and after tracking the parcel with a company called Lushfly it has send the parcel through Le Hauve in France and then on the Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and has now shown a number of times out for delivery and failed. Ironically they updated today that they failed to delivery at a time later than the current time!!!

SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT USE!! I don’t even want to give this 1 star. This website is an absolute scam. It’s not real. I have noted there are other reviewers with experiences exactly the same as mine where you make a payment and get a tracking link with ‘Lushfly’ which details the journey from Le Havre, through Glasgow Edinburgh and Middlesborough, that it’s then been passed to a courier and is out for delivery, and that the delivery failed twice and has been returned to temporary storage ‘pending recipient instructions’ absolute nonsense. I’ve had no response to emails to both Woodcaft and Lushfly (obviously as they are just enjoying my money!!) This is 100% a scam. I have reported this to NCSC and hope the scumbags behind this scam get what they deserve!!

Money taken before I completed/confirmed (7.12.2024). Website full of others' photos. No phone numbers. Company detailed has not traded since 2022 (Craft Collection Ltd 13516575 - 43 Abergele Road, Rumney, Cardiff, Wales, CF3 1RS - reg office changed 3 times!). Clever set up. Lushfly Delivery Service is false, but tracking works (guess nothing being sent). Office shown as a restaurant in Le Havre !! Only email addresses.

Scam website. They give you a tracking number for a parcel you will never receive. You will receive daily updates of your parcel from all around Europe but your item is never actually on the way, it doesn't exist. Stay clear of this website and do not buy anything. I am £850 down.

Camera not received, do not purchase from this company!!

I’ve not received my order for a camera and I don’t think I’m getting it !!!!!! Im absolutely disgusted and disturbed over this as I saved for my daughter who needs it so bad for work and now I don’t have the money for an other one for a while !

I ordered a camera from them on December 2nd 2024. Payment was quickly taken and tracking number supplied. Kept chasing late delivery by email, initially assured by them and "Lushfly delivery service" that parcel would be delivered before Christmas... Tracking info reads like a novel... Out for delivery yesterday 4 people in plus cctv, no one appears, yet"Recipient unavailable" BS! The same BS today, showing "recipient unavailable" No attempt by them or delivery agent to contact me or reply to emails. Delivery time on tracking always time in advance (90 minutes, then increased to 2hrs today). The tracking now ends "awaiting instructions from recipient" with no way to contact this ghost company without a spirit guide, I guess it ends there. Still no contact from Woodcaft or Lushfly. I notified the bank of their operation and possible scam/loos/theft in order to recover the £834.00 that I am out of pocket. Which was handled by Lloyd's very efficient Fraud and dispute department. They were satisfied with the proof I wish there was the facility to include the tracking for everyone's enlightenment, and entertainment.. Reads like DaVinci code. As it is I would not recommend buying a fridge magnet from them, and avoid this delivery company at all costs.
