Do not do business with this company under any circumstances. They withhold payments that are legally due to you and then cite reasons which are not disclosed upfront. These guys are scumbag clowns! Stripe wanted me to re-verify my account details, after being verified with them for years. I provided details and this went on for 2 weeks, with them accusing me of having another Director, despite me providing them with a copy of the company Annual Report. I finally had enough of their over-hyped security and run around, and wanted to delete my account. Turns out you have to delete your account with WooCommerce, and so after 4 days of run around with WooCommerce they cannot even reply to my deletion request. They call their support "Happiness Engineers" - these people are lazy, dishonest crooks, who make it WAY TOO DIFFICULT to delete your account, and do not reply after 4 days! I HATE Woocommerce / Stripe - so useless. Use PayPal or ANYONE ELSE - these guys are clowns!

Woopayment is the worst platform ever, i have migrated my stores on this platform during Q4. I made many sales but after 1 week woopayment decided to refund all my customers without asking any additionnal info ( I sent all my company info proof), so i lost all money from customers but also all the money from the products I delivered. Now my is in difficult while it was running well for 4 years. BE CAREFUL AND NEVER USE THEIR PLATFORM.

For small businesses, cash flow is critical, and having such a large sum withheld without explanation is simply unacceptable. If you’re considering WooPayments, I strongly advise against it. Their practices could seriously harm your business, especially if you depend on timely payouts. I’m switching to a more reliable provider like PayPal or Square, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same frustration and financial stress.

I ordered from site built on woocommerce never ever gonna buy something from them, and after that I will regularly check the site before buying... do not make mine mistake. I got scammed for 22.83eur, I'm worried if mine card details are safe I already contacted the bank about this issue and im waiting for an response it was like that: I wrote to the support after waiting 30mins (not received order info e-mail, - nothing) after 15 mins i received e-mail from them. There was mine letter but it was sended from their e-mail it was just copy-pasted, also both photos (screenshots, which i took was "glued" to the letter) later I found on their site order tracking link Multiple times I tried entering mine e-mail, but nothing happened. Some time passed by maybe from 1 hour to 1.5hour, I received an e-mail from woocommerce - (it said about mine order that it is beeing processed, but the order number was different, from given first time after payment). So if im correct some thiefts are sitting on a woocommerce site there they had created a website percyjacksonshop.com and they are scamming perople, or maybe even woocommerce are scamming people together? there are also fake reviews on this scam percyjacksonshop site - after I started searching for the info I found some interesting stuff for example on reddit forum.. Do not mess with those guys it is not worth Your time and nerves... Another scam supporting fly by night company!! No way to get hold of them, just as bad in reality,not sure if it is even a legit business? Avoid anything to do with them like the plague!!

WORST PLATFORM to sell on! Even though I have a valid registered business, they booted me from their platform without a valid reason, and then KEPT the money that MY CUSTOMERS had paid via their interface. FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS! STAY AWAY!
