Des voleurs !! Il n'y a pas d'autres mots....j'ai payé une commande le 13 juillet et je n’ai rien reçu. Ils ne répondent même pas aux messages. Fuyez ce site !!!

I run a neighborhood site that allows subscriptions behind the login screen, because they cant come in and audit it they choose to suspend the account and hold the funds hostage. Luckily I only did a test transaction so I am only out $12 but now to have to bring the credit card company in now to dispute it all, real pain in the butt. Staying with PayPal on this one and Woo, will never be my choice on other websites in the future.

I cancelled my subscription and received an email confirming that my subscription was cancelled on 4/5/25. On 7/11/25 I was charged for the subscription again even though it was already cancelled. After submitting a help ticket, I was told that it was for an outstanding balance. They refuse to return my money or supply proof that there was an outstanding balance. I can't trust that they actually cancelled the subscription. I will not be using this company again.

Purchased a plugin from WooCommerce. Plugin wont be updated as usual as the site needs to be connected with Woo. Alright, tried doing that, Woo fetched some details on its own - would not let me in as the account is incorrect. Recovered password, cleared the cache - account not found! Great! Woo merged up with WordPress and has caused this mess. In the end, somehow managed to get into the right account and manually download and upload/install the new release plugin. My site will not be connected to the Woo. This review will be updated once the aggressive connection request gets taken down and I can update plugins via admin dashboard.

Me realizo un cliente un pedido por la web, y solicito que se lo cancelase por que se había equivocado para volver a hacerlo. Woocommerce cobra una comisión por cada venta, y tras buscar en su pagina por todos lados no encontré nada (no es una pagina nada buena). Decidí abrir un chat para preguntar si al devolver la operación iban a cobrarme alguna cantidad, por hablar con el cliente ya que había sido error suyo, y el chat me indico que si, que te hacen una devolución de la comisión, o si es una devolución parcial de los artículos, te devuelven lo correspondiente. Pues unos días después me envían un mail diciendo que mi cuenta esta en negativo y que me van a cargar los 24€ de comisión del pedido que había devuelto. No tenia captura de pantalla del momento, por lo que volvi a hacer la pregunta y me respondió lo mismo, fue entonces cuando abrí la incidencia con ellos me dicen que ese chat no es vinculante, que es un chat de otra empresa y que ellos no se hacen responsables de la información que de. Que su política es que no devuelven las comisiones. Entiendo que su política sea esa, pero no la mala información en su web y que no se hagan responsables de un chat que tienen en su web.

They charge over 5.5% + £0.25 for international payments. Absolutely rip off.

Absolutely disgusting company to get involved with, unfortunately I used them on my websites longdogfashion.co.uk and longdogart.co.uk I was told they would be good to use for payments, how wrong I was! On the first few sales on my art website, although small amounts, the transactions were quick and received promptly. Now, when it came to my fashion website and higher amounts, that’s where it all went wrong. I saw they would keep the first payment for 7-14 days, so they decided to keep hold of all payments. When I questioned this, they said when my account get a history of more payments, they will reconsider looking at my account for payouts! I got that every time as a response. They have now updated me saying they will authorise payouts monthly plus 7 days of each transaction! How do they expect a business to operate on those terms? Avoid them at all costs, their service and customer service is atrocious!
