Paid for 24-hour delivery – never received the video
I ordered a personalised birthday video for my daughter and paid an additional rush fee for 24-hour delivery, as it was specifically for her birthday. The video did not arrive within the promised timeframe. I contacted WonderToon and they apologised, acknowledged that it should have been delivered hours earlier, and told me they were treating the order as an emergency. Despite this, the video still never arrived. I subsequently requested a refund and have received no response. I have now had to contact my bank to dispute the $62.10 transaction. Extremely disappointing, especially considering this was a time-sensitive birthday surprise for a four-year-old. Based on my experience, I would not recommend using this service for an important occasion.
