Waiting still on product , I'm curious why your company is registered in San Antonio but my item has a tracking number from China ? But yet no date

Thank you for your purchase from us. We are a women's fashion design company with numerous manufacturers and warehouses worldwide, including in the USA, China, Vietnam, and Thailand, among others. We offer global shipping for our products. Depending on your delivery address and the on-stock quantity of the item at each warehouse, we will adjust the shipping unit accordingly. However, all our production processes and product quality are standardized across all manufacturers. Therefore, receiving the item from a specific warehouse may only result in slight differences in transit times between warehouses. Thank you for understanding and we greatly appreciate it.
