My order took to long, I paid for expedited shipping and I had to be refunded for it.

I did not receive the item
I did not receive the item. I contacted Wonderprint Shop and reported this, but I was told it was my responsibility to contact the carrier. It should be Wonderprint's responsibility to follow up with the carrier, not the customer. This is bad customer service. Please make this right by either resolving the matter with the carrier you hired or refunding me for my purchase. Thank you.

Don't trust the photos of products.
Worst online shopping ever. The products l recieved from Wonderprint are of the poorest quality and will go straight to landfill. Refunds??? A joke!! Don't waste your money or time looking at Wonderprint. I was really sucked in and impressed with the photos of the products l stupidly purchased. Terrible experience....never again. Just a load of cheap rubbish.

Horrible !!!!!!!
Horrible !!!!!!! Products were third rate and I did not give as intended. Pictures are deceiving and not enough info in the description to warn about the item you would receive. Comments from others had to be false or paid customers because there is no way they were happy with what they received. I would have done better going to the thrift store to find authentic items. No reply from an email sent with my dissatisfaction concerns but payments are still being pulled. Will have to go through my cc company to get refunded it seems!
