I did not like the product.

Awful quality, product stinks like cigarettes, and they spelled Hannukah wrong on a Hannukah sweatshirt! (The hebrew letters are in the wrong order, so it says Hakunnah.) The hoodie we ordered looked like it would be a comfy sweatshirt, but there is no fuzz on the inside, so it's just a polyester cr@p.

Do not order from this company. I paid over seventy dollars for 5 ornaments and was only sent one and the quality of the personalization was very poor and blurry. To bad they have to defraud customers this close to christmas.

Be careful buying from this company, you will get screwed in the butt.

I am 220lb 5' 11" and usually wear XXL European and XL American brands. I bought two XL T-shirts and they look unwearably big. When I asked customer service to return or exchange they demanded the pictures compared to the size chart and so on. That is not how a web-based store should behave when a customer does not have a chance to try the products on. I will make it my mission now to post this review on every review site I can so other people would not make same mistake.

In one word - SCAMMERS!! The product you are selling does not match the photos posted on the website. The quality of the product is very low, this applies both to the material from which the product is made, and to the way it is sewn... What you sell under the guise of a quality product is Chinese junk, the price of which is 10 times lower than the prices you set. And after the buyer receives this disparity, you do not want to take this "goods" and return the money. Very disappointed to have contacted you. What you are doing is not called business, but fraud towards customers. I will do my best to get my money back and to shut down your fraudulent activity.

I am totally frustrated with this customer service. The shirt didn’t fit but they are requesting that I send them the measurements if their shirt. I would just like to return the shirt for a full refund. Make the customer happy, is that too much to ask?
