Very bad experience when I first time shop in the wander shop online. I placed my order the green chef wok 2 weeks ago(Date: 29/03/2025 Order ID: 000165963, the dealer KatrinBJ Pte Ltd) but no delivery after 1 weeks. Then I called the wander shop. The staff told me the wok I ordered is already out of stock and advise me to change to other bundle. Because I need it urgently, I accept their suggestion. I told them to deliver asap as I need it. After a week still no news, I called the wander shop again, the staff said the dealer can’t deliver to me by this week, and the order cancel! Firstly, they have to inform the customer once the stock is out. But very strange we still can place our order online. Secondly, delay and delay the delivery parcel as they said only 3-5 days delivery. Thirdly, the whapchat staff also break promises when said want to reply my text. And give no assistance when I ask for the channel to write in the wander shop. Totally disappointed the wander shop service, I will never buy again from this shop, wasting my time for 2 weeks! Cause me so inconvenience and still said the refund is after 2 weeks! 😡😡😡

I wanted a tire cover without a center cut hole. I received one with a hole cut. When I contacted the company the said I had ordered the wrong thing, so it was my problem. Poor customer service.

I bought an article for the first time. First it took almost 4 weeks to arrives. When it did the seeing was badly done on the side and the left and right was not cut symmetrically. I took photos and sent via Wondershop FB messenger over a week ago. To date I have received no response on my request for a return and refund despite indicating no email was received in my inbox or junk mail. Tthere is no number to speak with someone. Only an online message on FB who takes very long to follow up. I work in customer service admin and I dare say what the owner would do if I treated a complaint in that manner. Even messaging can include something to go by besides 'check your email for important information'. There is no return policy information on the website or FB page. It seems you got my money and the rest is looking like history!

I have not received my order yet though I ordered 2 months ago. You lie about the courier. The tracking number you sent does not work with couriers you mentioned: first you said it is DHL; then Raven Force Couriers, then Canada Post??? They all said they do not have the tracking number you sent me. One of them suggested me to try Ulala . You keep lying about my order. I don't know where it is and if it will be delivered to. me at all.
