The company did not honor their refund…
The company did not honor their refund policy! I returned due to the poor quality of the material and I did not want to give these items as a gift. Due to the roughness of the material and according to their policy I met the qualifications for a refund but instead they only want to give me 70% back so they still make a profit off items that I paid the shipping fee on to get the merchandise back to them. This is not good business. Buyer Be Aware!

Received my hoodies and the print is…
Received my hoodies and the print is all over. Not lined up at all. Got two of one of the hoodies and the prints are the same but not centered or the same. Looks like they were cutting material and wherever it was on the shirt was good enough. Wish I didn't buy 5. Very disappointing.

Cheap Thermal T-shirt not a Sweater
First. In the Facebook post there is no indication that the product is made in China and shipped from China. The "ugly" sweater is not a sweater, It's a cheap thermal T-shirt. The "sweater" was packaged and marked "XL" The label on the shirt is 2XL.

Not recommended
The $90 quilt set I received is completely different from what I ordered. I ordered beige/light brown and received dark brown and black.

The material is not as described on the…
The material is not as described on the article description. This is too light. I ordered it for the upcoming winter, but now it looks like something for tropical weather. I am not satisfied.
