Did anyone have trouble getting a hold of resetting your password? I’ve tried several times and no email is sent. Haven’t been able to get ahold of my account for the past week. Who can help ?

Based on my experience, this business is a scam or fake business. The address shown here is very likely fake. The phone number is fake since it points to Hollywood and no body responds to the call. No one responds to the email either.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Wonderlic prep service. The actual exam was completely different from what was shown on this website. The practice questions were mostly multiple choice, but the real test had many fill-in-the-blank questions and a very different format overall. Not even a single question looked similar to the actual exam, which was honestly shocking and stressful during the test. I felt completely unprepared despite spending time and money on this prep course. I emailed the company twice asking for an explanation or a refund, but I never received any response. In the end, I was only able to get my money back through my credit card company, not from Wonderlic Test Prep itself. My credit card company also told me they are planning to take legal action against this company because of similar complaints. I’m writing this review to warn others to be careful and not fully rely on this prep program. In my experience, it was misleading and not helpful for the real exam.

When I requested a refund under their 7-day money-back guarantee, I was met with nearly two weeks of stalling and back-and-forth emails. They repeatedly asked for “supporting documentation” and imposed requirements not stated anywhere in their published refund policy. This was nothing more than a delay tactic to avoid honoring their guarantee. Despite multiple clear requests, they refused to issue my refund until I explicitly referenced utilizing consumer protection channels. Only then did they finally process my money back immediately, proving they could have done so from the start. This experience was stressful, time consuming, and extremely unprofessional. Their practices border on deceptive, and no customer should have to fight this hard to have a company honor its own policy. Please do not fall for this. Save your time, money, and frustration by looking elsewhere for Wonderlic preparation.

I purchased the 1 week course and went through all the modules only to take my exam and end up having 95% of the material taught not be on my exam. After requesting a refund within 7 days like their policy says for the mix match in test materials they have yet to process my refund. It’s been 2 weeks now and still no update. Very disappointing.
