I found Wonderbiotics through a friend and ordered the Easy Shape probiotic as I'm dealing with stubborn menopause belly fat and hadn't been on a probiotic in a few months. I was pleasantly surprised to notice that I didn't have cravings and seemed to want to eat less than normal each meal. I'm not a big snacker but that was another thing I noticed -- no thoughts or desire to snack. I'd never experienced these results with other probiotics before.
