Scam!!!
Scam!!!! I placed and order April 07th, never received anything and the customer service claims it was delivered with no proof whatsoever. I should have checked reviews first cause clearly they take just take people's money. And YES I have proof I placed an order ,it is verified on Shop Pay! I will NOT be removing my review as this is my experience and I will not be intimidated to lie because of bad business practices. The business has an IG, I went to the website to order and it was filtered to Shop Pay. Someone running the company emailed me as well.

WonderBabyGear.com Closed Since July 2023 This domain and business have been permanently closed since July 2023. We have not accepted any orders since then, and our website has been offline. The review references an order placed in April 2025, nearly two years after closure, which makes it factually impossible. If someone used our name fraudulently elsewhere, we urge the reviewer to check the domain and report that incident separately. This review misrepresents our business and must be removed. Our official Instagram account, @wonderbabygear, has clearly stated the business is closed—both in the bio and in a post dated January 7, 2025. If another website or platform is misusing our name, that’s deeply concerning—but it is not connected to us or our operations. This clarification is provided for the benefit of anyone reading.

Do not order from here
Do not order from here! They takw forever to get you your product then when you finally get them they only refunded me half my purchase price. Took over a month for items to come. DO NOT ORDER GET IT ON AMAZON!! terrible and Im filing a complaint with the BBN especially for not refunding me my total purchase. Disgraceful company I started in March with this issue and im still fighting for my money.

Business Closed Since July 2023 WonderBabyGear.com has been permanently closed since July 2023. We have not accepted any orders, nor has our website been active since that time. This review references events from March 2025, nearly 20 months after closure. The claims are factually impossible and misleading. We urge Trustpilot to investigate and remove this review as it cannot reflect a genuine customer experience.

Still waiting on my package and it's…
Still waiting on my package and it's been almost a month!! Customer service states it's in transit, but nothing! I just want my $ back!!

I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD! I ORDERED THE PROTECTIVE BACKPACK FOR MY GRANDSON AND RECEIVED CHRISTMAS AND BIRTHDAY GIFT BOXES. I HAVE EMAILED 3 TIMES TO THE SUPPORT DEPARTMENT WITH NO REPLIES! THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

Customer service
Customer service was absolutely terrible, I’ve requested multiple times for a refund they refuse to give me one saying my package was in transit when it wasn’t. I ordered the package on nov16 a whole week no movement they customer service was a 0 if I could give them that

Dear Issac, Wonder Baby Gear has shutdown since July 2023. There is no way we could have taken any orders from you since then, and all orders have been fulfilled and delivered prior to shutdown. I'm not sure how you claim to have placed an order, and been promised delivery this year. But if you have, please let me know what was the order for, and how was it placed.
