Bait and Switch but good not great!
The paintings they advertise is not what they can produce. Not only that, they have fake reviews with people's name and the paining pictures that may make you believe that people are getting that as final product. Even the name and location of the artist in the advertisement are false. It's a Chinese company and artists in China try to copy the original painting. Nothing wrong with that as long as they stop this false pretense. The first picture of the painting they sent was really bad, not textured enough and coloring way off. After sending feedback, they tried to make the same painting more textured, that almost ruined the painting. I asked for the money back. Then they asked for another chance and re-did from scratch. It was better, not like the painting they advertise, but acceptable (70% similar to advertised painting). I like the painting but I had to lower my expectation after realizing that it is a bait and switch company. The packaging was good and they revert back quickly.
