I joined WSI in October 2025. I had no experience in sales but I saw a FB ad where Naya was talking about how women from different fields of life can earn an income can home by using their natural strengths to lead conversations to help people solve their everyday problems. That intrigued me and after a call with her I joined the program. The training has been very comprehensive and is made to shift your mindset, along with providing you the necessary skills and tools needed to succeed in the sales business. Naya is an exceptional coach and mentor, as well as a warm person in general. She guides each person according to their strengths and pushes them to their potential, without being aggressive. Those skills make her a wonderful salesperson as well. I have learned a lot from her about sales and people’s psychology as well. I’ve also had the chance to be part of a wonderful and supportive community of ladies who are all pursuing similar dreams. Naya prepared us well to succeed in the program and beyond and is always available for support whether it’s related to the training or preparing to apply for a job afterwards. Although I have not yet landed the right role for me, I know I can count on her for continued guidance and I will always be a part of the WSI community. If you are wanting to make a change in your life and career, I definitely recommend the program!

I came into this programme feeling unsure of myself and not really knowing where to start with high-ticket sales. What I found was so much more than a course, it was a genuinely transformative experience, and so much of that is down to Naya. I joined Naya’s program in January after spending a long time researching this industry online. Honestly, almost everything I came across felt like a scam. I had a lot of doubts and fears about potential failure. But I think the best moment was when I actually started and realized, this is better than I expected. Why is it better? Landed two remote sales roles and quit my app developer job! After four years in the technology space. I knew I wanted a change, but I had zero sales experience and honestly didn’t know if I could even do sales. Working with Naya through the Women’s Sales Institute completely changed my career trajectory and income. In only six weeks, I landed my first remote sales role in real estate, quit my developer job, and started earning $7K/month, with a clear path to $10K/month within my first two months. I normally never write online reviews but I have to for this. I joined the Women’s Sales Institute after coming across Naya’s career transition on LinkedIn. I’d been looking to get into remote sales for months and spoke with four other academies (She Sells, Her Closing Academy and one other). Although some of them looked bigger, I felt the strongest trust with Naya. From the first call, she was professional, transparent, and not pushy at all. Other programs pressured me to make a decision on the spot, whereas Naya respected my process. I was initially undecided, so she openly let me speak to a current student (no one else offered that). Their experience gave me the confidence to join, and I’m really glad I did. Naya is very hands-on and genuinely involved in her students’ training. She isn’t online flaunting a luxury lifestyle; she’s focused on teaching and improving the training, I noticed she consistently asks students for feedback on what could make it better for them. She’s genuinely caring and that’s exceedingly rare in this money grabbing industry. Her background also stood out, she has a credible sales career, including working in sales for a major global bank, which made me feel safe learning from her. Many “sales coaches” don’t actually have REAL sales experience (especially not both corporate + high ticket experience). The 1:1 support and role-play emphasis are the best parts about this program compared to others.
