The user experience in my opinion could not be worse. Let's hope customer service makes up for it, otherwise, never again.

I pay by credit card and all seems fine but then for some reason the credit card payment is later on declined and instead of bizfilings contacting to to sort this out so i can confirm to my bank that this is a proper payment they just cancel my order and place me in a difficult position having to redo the whole Process. This is not good pratice.

They have scammed me out of $500.00! Will do nothing to remedy it. Please do not use this "company". Alec Ortiz is a scammed. Please save yourself the nightmare im going through.

This company is a scam! I went through state filings for an LLC and this is the company that charged me. I had my card info in until I had a feeling this website was a scam because of the price for a boi. I tried to exit out and they charged me almost $400 even though I exited out and never authorized payment. They also charged for extra fees that were not even mentioned. DOTN USE THIS WEBSITE!!

so far I can only say that they have no idea what they're doing. They are not familiar with New York partnership law for the formation of an LLP. They told me that we needed to have something saying attorney in the firm name which is completely incorrect they then told me they needed to see a license and when I asked them what they meant they did not know I said do you mean a certificate of good standing and they said yes and then told me later that they don't need that after all, I was quoted a price that was also incorrect I am trying to get my money back since it looks like all I paid for was lost last time and incorrect information

This company is a huge SCAM! REALTORS, do NOT let them scam you into thinking you need to pay over $100 to file your BOI. The form literally takes 2 minutes to fill out and submit, and it's FREE to do so! NAR should be ashamed of itself by collaborating with this useless company!

Sent completed documents for S-corp on 5/28. Called to f/u on 6/5; docs had accidentally gone into BizFilings employee's spam file. On 6/7 rec'd email at 12:56 PM confirming everything required had been completed. Same day rec'd email at 3.57 PM advising temporary hold because still missing social security # for EIN application. Spent 24 minutes on hold for their customer service team. My firm will be using a different service going forward.

I was dropped very suddenly and told that I wasn't allowed to sell any products under my name with my label. No further explanation was given.
