False info material cheap
I ordered a backpack from this company that was advertised as real leather. The shipment took over 20 days, and when the bag finally arrived, it was very disappointing. The material is not real leather and the bag has visible defects. I tried multiple times to contact the company by email and phone to return the bag you can smell plastic it isn't leather, but I never received any response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Please be careful when ordering from this company. I truly wish I had read other customer reviews before placing my order.
