Very poor customer service
I have changed my review because my trainers turned up today, i still have not had any correspondence from them so the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. As for the shoes they are copy’s of Hoka called Noka but i have to say they are surprisingly comfortable but i don't think they will last long. But I would not buy again from them because of the non existent customer service , also delivery time is very long so you need to be talking to someone in customer service to reassure you they are in transit.

Liars.
Liars. watch I have bought called Goobasen when I paid for lavaredo. The one I got is only worth $25 on alixpress. All reviews on your site are of Lavaredo? This is false advertising. When emailed no response. Took 6 weeks get here when it said 10 days. Offered a free leather wallet and sent cheap shit. Hope you choke on it. Bet you've ripped a lot of people off.

Scam company!
Scam company. Dont get close to them! I ordered Hoka shoes at reasonable price, amd received Noka imitation, 2 numbers smaller in size. To make it even a greater experience, the leather wallet they promissed turned out to be plastic. For sure this company will not see blessing in the monkey business they are doing.

I was misled by Blue Store
I was misled by Blue Store, as I was under the impression that I had purchased Hoka shoes — that was the basis of my search. They were delivered too late, and by the time they arrived, I was already on holiday. After returning, I discovered that they were fake Hoka shoes (NOKA). I emailed them requesting to return the shoes and get a refund, but they have stopped responding to my emails and reminders. Now I’m stuck with two pairs of fake Hoka shoes, and there’s complete radio silence — outrageous. Do not buy from them!

They make deals that don't suit you, and they don't respond to emails
I bought a pair of gray sandals from Wolf Blue Store, and they were tight. They arrived on August 9, 2025. I wrote to them by email to return them and they responded with a deal: that I buy the sandals again in a larger size and that they gave me a 60% discount voucher for that second purchase. I insisted that I cannot accept that offer. When I sent them that message, they never responded to my communication again. I'm still waiting. They took my money. I lost over $50 dollars with Wolf Blue Stores...

I ordered snickers and never received…
I ordered snickers and never received te goods nor refund after numerous emails. No phone numbers to call and no replies to emails. Certainly BLUEWOLF IS A BIG SCAM. PEOPLE BEWARE!!!!!

Order exactly as purchased
I ordered running shoes on the spur of the moment - something I do not do as a rule. Next day I checked reviews. They were so bad I decided I had been scammed and tried to forget the whole thing. The family had no sympathy since they couldn't understand my deviation from always checking websites before ordering. I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when everything turned up exactly as ordered. One odd thing they were in a Sports Life box. Nothing referenced Wolfblue store
