Returns are super slow. They received my web order return on 8/7/26 and I still have not received the funds on 8/31/2026. Cash flow problems? Update: I finally received the return funds the day after this review. Still to slow according to their own return policy.

Shoes were stiff and not true to size. They run large. Returned them, took photos first, no wear. Once received, they declined my request for refund and sent me a photo of the same shoes all scuffed up. Not sure who tried them on in transit, but felt deceived. The store credit was only good for 90 days and not good for another sale item. I didn't bother. Nothing but disappointment and aggravation. Unless you have money to throw away, buy somewhere else.

Title: Too narrow, disappointing look, and paid return shipping I ordered Wolf & Shepherd shoes and was very disappointed. The fit was too narrow, and the look was not nearly as nice as I expected. I returned them right away. What bothered me even more is that I had to pay to ship them back. For a company selling shoes at this price point, I would expect them to stand behind their product and offer free returns, especially when fit and comfort are such a big part of buying shoes online. Based on my experience, I would not buy these shoes again, and I would be hesitant to buy any shoes from this company in the future.

The worst company ever, I ordered 2 times, each time I pay for shipping and before arrival of product they charge extra importing fees which is very high. I will never buy from this company again. It's ridiculous and disrespectful

This is the worst company to order from as they don't provide a full refund when the shoes are returned when never worn rather, they give you a store credit. After spending $10 to return shoes received notification that the shoes were damaged and that is not true as never worn!

You're gambling money with them, spend only what you are ready to loose for nothing. What changes the discount if the thing would never be delivered and there is no refunds Can't receive goods more then 2.5 month due their delivery vendor is UPS and you can check what it is. I wanted to try but I have no choice to buy a pairs for season from other companies cause they totally fail to support wherever I contacted whoever. Just buy many pairs from your country. Even for delivery price you can buy one! lol

Bought 2 pairs of dress shoes. Soles came apart within 3 months. Customer service continues to ignore me. I paid +$380 for each pair. Outright scam and dishonest company. Stay away. Better options out there for way less!

Worse company I have ever dealt with. I order my husband shoes for Christmas. He didn’t like like the fit of them so I returned the shoes December 28th. They received the shoes January 7 & it has now been over 2 months with NO REFUND. I have called & emailed the company repeatedly &still nothing. For such a large company with pricey shoes you would think they would be able to do a return & refund in the time it displays on their website. 5 business days. Not over 2 months with still nothing!!
