DO NOT order from this company. If you need to return shoes, they do not give refunds. I have been waiting over 1 month now and customer service (via email) keeps giving me the runaround. They don't pick-up the phone as well. Steer clear.....

I had high hopes for Wolf & Shepherd, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I returned my shoes over 20 days ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received my refund. Their customer service is unresponsive and keeps giving vague answers without any resolution. For a premium brand, I expected a smooth return process, but instead, I’ve been stuck waiting with no clear timeline. I won’t be buying from them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone who values their time and money.

The customer service is horrendous. They refuse to do exchanges on items that were gifted, even though they are still brand new, in the box. All that was needed was a size exchange. I love everything about the product, and the build quality is there. It's just a terrible customer service model that is in place
