A simple return has turned into a complete nightmare! What should have just been an exchange for a different size turned into a return and re-purchase. To do that you have to send the product back and hopefully they don't find anything wrong because if they do you don't get a refund AND they will NOT send you your purchase back. That screams SCAM!! If you do get a refund you won't see it for 10 business days. The only way to contact them is through email or messaging where you won't get a response for hours or days at a time. NO phone number. Beware of this company.

I ordered a gift. The gift did not arrive, despite USPS indicating it had been delivered. USPS staff said a completely different address was on the package, which they were not allowed to tell me since i was not the shipper. Wolaco had entered a completely different address on the USPS shipping label, and Wolaco does not have anyone on the chat application, they have no phone number for customers to call, and they only have an email address. I have sent them no less than five message. i have received mostly form messages and today a message saying they would not refund me, despite the error on their end. I am out $100 and they refuse to take responsibility, despite the package and their putting the wrong address on the label. Avoid this seller.

Currently experiencing poor customer service. Finally made a purchase and they use USPS for shipping. USPS “says” delivered inside mail box. I live in a high rise no one can steal from inside my mail box. Wolaco wants me to call usps. As a its not my problem solution. So this is how this company operates. Take your money. After that its not their problem. I will call usps , ill file a claim. Wait the 14-28 days for them to only says what we already know. “It says delivered “. To then file a dispute with my cc because wolaco has a its not my problem go figure it out yourself customer service team. There goes $95. This is unacceptable as a company!!!!!!!
