Saves me money, better communication and engagement with my members and makes transactions simple and easy for new members or members buying products at the gym.

My gym has been with Wodify for close to a decade and I have tried 3 other gym management software options before this. To be up front Wodify is not perfect but the perfect softwares doesn’t exist and in my opinion Wodify is not only the best out there but it’s also improving way faster than other platforms out there. Over the last 2 years there has been a huge increase in quality of the software, customisable options, customer service, and very importantly transparency. As a 11 year CrossFit gym owner who’s opening a new location I recommend Wodify to anyone getting into this space.

Thanks for the thoughtful and honest review, Jay! It means a lot coming from a long-time CrossFit gym owner who’s seen the full landscape of gym management software. We’re proud to have supported your business for nearly a decade and even more excited to be part of your next chapter as you open a new location. You’re right: no platform is perfect, but we’re committed to constant improvement, and it’s great to hear you’ve seen the progress in quality, customization, transparency, and support. Thanks for the recommendation and for trusting Wodify to grow alongside your business!

Great tool for admin, coaches, and athletes. I use it to easily sign in my kid Jiu-Jitsu students to track attendance, read curriculum notes, and for quick access to accounts when needed.

Wodify is old and outdated. They have not updated their features much in a long time. Also, they will not delete your personal data and credit card information after your membership at the gym ends. They want approval from your gym first, which is fine if you have only been to one gym. I have to find all the gyms I was in within the past 10 years to request those gym owners to approve the erasure of my personal data, profile, address(es), and credit card information. This includes drop-ins, as I'll sign up for short (weekly and monthly) memberships due to travel. Some of these gyms are no longer operational. If you use Wodify you are causing your members to have their personal data and credit card information stored forever on their database. I used Wodify when I was a gym owner in 2016, I noticed they have not changed much, and it is 2023! I use CrossFit Linchpin in my home/garage gym and they use Beyond the Whiteboard. I recommend Beyond the Whiteboard instead based on their advancements, regular upgrades, and new features. I do not know if BTWB gives issues for the erasure of your data like Wodify though.
