The sunglasses look quite cheap for the price and they’re very small, they look ridiculous on me. I’m in the UK and there is no info on how to return packages and they don’t say that you have to pay the cost. I contacted them to say that I’m concerned about posting it to the US as it will get charged import duties without the correct customs form for a return (none of which are provided after going through the returns portal). I’ve emailed them but they’ve replied to say they can’t control customs duties. Lol. This company has no idea what it’s doing. A load of hassle. Avoid 100% if you’re overseas

Like most people here I have had a problem with this company and the way they have handled shipping to the EU.. I chose a shipping method that clearly stated taxes and duties were included and was still hit with extra charges upon arrival in my cou try Sweden. I have asked them how that could happen and have just been gaslighted. I have sent them multiple mails showing them the information. They have told me that they will reimburse the shipping costs and full price but only as a courtesy. Completely ignoring the rules that protect EU consumers... Horribly unclear web site with little things hidden in fine print like a restocking fee... Which is not legal when selling to the EU. Yeah...also product is way smaller than it is pictured and feels cheap

Nice enough glasses, but they didn't suit me and probably not worth the money I paid for them. Please be wary of purchasing if you are in the UK, as there is no depot to send them them back to in the UK, only back to the US. The cost of postage and export tax just isn't worth it. Nowhere on their website does this company advise about return costs outside of the US. I sent them emails suggesting they should make their returns clear and as-of-yet they have not updated their website and yet they told me they are always looking at ways to improve their service!!! I asked for a partial refund, as a goodwill gesture and they were not willing to do this! I would not recommend this company to UK buyers. Please note Wmpeyewear.com are selling to UK buyers via Facebook, with items showing in pounds, so it's not naive to think they would have a central depot in this country, i.e like Shein do!

Really bad quality. Only good pictures and marketing. Products are cheap and worth 5$ - you find that on beach shops straight from India. And I waited 1 month to receive and had to pay a huge tax because they send it without the right documents. Horrendous.

Ordered 3 pairs, I had to return 2. There is no QR code and no free returns, meaning to get my £60 refund I had to spend £16.85 on recorded delivery. If you're based in the UK, it's just not worth it.

Do not trust!!! customer service is non-existent and if you try and get in touch with them via any social media, they will just block you and not respond. Absolute joke of a company.

Overpriced sunglasses. Purchased Men’s and they were way too small for a man’s face. Looks terrible.
