I bought these sunglasses because they look really nice, but unfortunately the lens quality doesn’t seem very good. Every time I wear them, my eyes start to hurt. I even had my sister try them, and she felt the same discomfort. In the end, I barely wear them because of this issue, so I wouldn’t recommend them at all.

Paid for the glasses, didn’t get any. Waited and emailed them. Get back that I get a discount for 30% but not the glasses I pad for. I don’t recommend anyone to buy from this shit company

I’m disappointed with my experience ordering from WMP Eyewear. I placed my order on 8th March, and while it was quickly marked as “shipped”, the tracking shows that the parcel has not actually left the USA even after a significant amount of time. At no point during checkout was it clearly communicated that delivery to the UK could take this long, or that “shipped” may simply mean a label has been created rather than the item being in transit. When I contacted customer service, I was told it was too late to cancel, despite the item not yet appearing to have progressed through shipping. I understand international shipping can take time, but clearer communication and more transparency around dispatch and delivery expectations would make a big difference. At the moment, the experience feels misleading and frustrating.

Did not like the look on me. Wanted to return but it cost me almost the price of the sunglasses to return so I am stuck with it.

I bought a pair of sunglasses based on an ad I view. The sunglasses arrived and they are too big for my face shape. You know what ?, the shipping cost is on me If I want a refund, which not being in US makes the price of the sunglasses by 85% and now I have a pair of sunglasses that are to throw away due to their policy. No discounts, no other options to apply to my case. Won’t recommend this brand if you’re not US based. Be careful

I have ordered several pairs of sunglasses and a pair of prescription glasses. So I decided to order a second pair of prescription glasses. They have sent me them with the wrong lenses in, clearly someone elses prescription. I was then asked if I could wear them in til my eyes "settle down and get used to them". When i said i couldnt and wouldnt do that they have offered me a store credit if i return them at my own cost. Then once the store credit has been issued i could use it to reorder and they promise they would do it correctly. I am staggered that a company can admit that the whole thing is their mistake and still expect me to do all the work to get them out of a hole. Genuinely cannot believe how bad the customer care and it takes at least 24 hours to get any kind of email response to each message so I think my estimate that even if i was to play their game and take all the costs and hassle on my shoulders for their error then it would take until the new year to sort. My honest advice is to avoid purchasing from them unless I have a bad apple in customer service that I am dealing with. If this is actually company policy you deserve everything you will get from such bad care.

The sunglasses received were extremely wide so would not stay on my face, I usually have no issues with sunglass sizes. I tried to return them and since I am in Canada, they said I'd have to pay customs and postage, which would come to the same cost as the product itself. So disappointed WMP could not help. If they were high-quality sunglasses, I would not have this problem.

Zeer teleurstellend De bril voldoet absoluut niet aan mijn verwachtingen. De kwaliteit is ondermaats en de pasvorm is slecht. Ik heb betere brillen gehad van Chinese budgetsites. Bovendien is retourneren vanuit Nederland niet mogelijk, en ondanks dat ik binnen de retourtermijn zat, kreeg ik geen geld terug. Geen aanrader.
