Order No. 1009585 Firstly, I loved the Demi | Polarized - Crystal Brown Tortoise / Black Lens which I received today. But having said that the mystery truly awful “pink tinted” mirrored John Lennon type glasses were truly dreadful and went straight in the bin. Knowing that my taste for the Crystal Brown Tortoise glasses would give you some kind of reference to the type of elegant sunglasses I would like so having said that why would you send me the mystery pair which are truly dreadful. Very disappointing and I am not a happy bunny. It is a true con just to get an extra £24 really not worthy of you. This is a customer you have lost.

Received my glasses after about a 3 week wait and they look ok but they are very big. I took them out of the box and put with my other glasses and stupidly threw packaging out (Mum of 2 littles and working FT so everything is a rush) but after trying them again, decided that they are just too wide and falling down and also I think they look quite cheap. Just looked up how to return and you need to go back in the original box! Never have this with other companies. As long as they are in new condition and safely packaged, I don't see why the exact cardboard box matters (it was a small plain, unbranded box). So now I am stuck with £32 glasses that look cheap and are too big. Not cool WMP. I should've stuck with Ray Bans.

I ordered sunglasses. The glasses were supposed to be delivered to Germany. The tracking started from Cypres and then the order went to USA LA, then NY, and then landed in Frankfurt. I mean whoever is planning shipments could do a better job. On top of that, I had to pay 13 Euros extra after already paying 9 dollars to WMP Eyeware. (Seriously look into fixing your delivery routes) The product itself: the glasses seem to be good but the frame itself is average.
