I first meet the doctors about 4 years ago. The team was extremely helpful and would go out of their way to meet my needs. I now feel they might of gotten to big or over committed for their own good. I am still al customer and plan to always be because they are amazing doctors especially Dr. O, I just don't get that "Cheers" feeling anymore.

I really wish i could get help from the office on getting the surgery I want through my insurance. I was advised to call the insurance myself and I did and didn't get anywhere other than the insurance saying that the doctor needs to write why it's important for me to have the surgery. I told the insurance that my knees hurt and diabetes runs in my family, but they still didn't listen to me. Now I don't know what to do because I don't know if I could do it financially too. But really need this surgery to be done.
