they sent me the wrong item. After I emailed pic of what I ordered vs what I received, they said they would send the correct one. Unfortunately, by the time it arrived I had already gone on the trip that I had initially bought it for. And worst of all, they sent the exact "wrong" item again! Not sure what's going on in shipping dept. update: I reached out again and they sent me a third wrong item. When I reached out after than they advised me that the item I wanted was sold out. I found a device that works for me elsewhere. I'm taking it as a sign that it wasn't meant to be.

The mount fell from place I cleaned with supplied pads and mounted it on the cleaned surface..once I put my phone on it it fell off. Didn't seem pad was stick enough.
