Do I get my order by Christmas are should I report your problem to the BBB for not letting me know where my package is? Right now I am assuming I have been SCAMED I will not edit my comment, I placed an order on Sept 02 and have not received my package as of Sept 29 Maybe some one in your office would check on my order and send some info.

Zero customer service
Zero customer service. I emailed twice to your help line, fill out the request form on your website and tried to locate a phone number for customer service and heard nothing from the company. All I wanted was to return the product within days of purchase or at least a credit for another. They have a picture of a telephone advertising cs on their site and do not provide a number anywhere.

The pieces were broken on 1 of the products. Only 1 of them is good. I would like a new one sent or, then I would give a good review because I like the one that is good. Thank you!
