I researched several different hiring solutions before I ultimately decided on using WizeHire. You just cannot find a better value from job posting, screening, and applicant tracking. The Jay Niblick’s DISC Assessment is easy to administer and to interpret. Factor in the price and the value is tremendous! AND the customer service is extraordinary! Had a terrific ongoing experience with Wizehire and found 4 new staff members that were a great fit for us. I’ve gotten better applicants from this service than many, many others I’ve tried. I will continue with them for future hires for certain. It’s important to note the help they provide digitally (on their chat, it’s a human not some “bot”) That Support was refreshing and they always provided support that was on-point, fast and useful). If you call, they answer. Finally found a company that understand customer service and acts upon it. Hooray! (So, so rare) When you email them, they get right back to you and the support staff should be applauded, and whomever helped them to understand and do their jobs so well. I like their process with the built-in DISC. Their interview questions were specific to each candidate and unequivocally helpful. Easy to use interface. It’s clear and logical. User friendly rating = 10+++ Wizehire has put together a rockstar team and service. They understand the hiring process, and tweak your ads for SEO on an ongoing basis to really ensure you reach the right candidates.
