this is my 3rd year ordering from Wizard Pins and each year they are very helpful with my artwork and answer all my questions promptly. 12 days from time of order to delivery to my door

Communication between the sales team was excellent and their turnaround on designs and revisions was so quick. When our products arrived, they were beyond our expectations in terms of quality. Really excellent work all around!

I've been using Wizard Pins for a little while now and each time they amaze me! The turn around and quality are fantastic. The customer service is quick and they won't stop until you're satisfied. The minimums are low and they keep me coming back! Until our next pin :)

I ordered the soft enamel pins and they turned out beautifully! The colors are so bright and they are really good quality. The 10% off for the first order was really nice as well and greatly appreciated 😁

Ordered detailed pins with many colors and they turned out beautifully!! Very impressed with timing and outcome Will order again

Our company had branded merch plans fall through ahead of a major industry conference and I had exactly 15 days to find an alternate solution. The ONLY company I found that was able to do rush orders that did not require I buy in minimum quantities of 100s was Wizard Pins. You have to place the order before you can receive a proof, and I reached out to ask questions before committing payment. Their sales team answered me immediately. From the point of sale through design phase they were responsive within minutes and accommodated my design changes with complete patience and professionalism. Delivery was guaranteed, reasonably priced, and arrived exactly as tracked via FedEx. With rush order pins, you have to pick one of the existing shapes and we went with Oval which turned out great for our logo design. It will actually stand out better on the garments than had we gone with the custom shape. The magnet is strong and the quality of the pin is excellent. I'm very satisfied with the product and experience. I have found our new pin vendor and perhaps other merchandise as needed. Can't thank them enough for coming through for me in a jam. You can trust these folks!
