Excellent Service. Concerned with the portal not showing my part numbers until I drill down into the label. If we were to have 100+ labels, they would be difficult to keep organized.

In a whole the label is the perfect size as I needed. The print came out nice and the label itself is a nice waterproof material. I had thought my label would be printed translucent but ended up printed on a white background. I'm not mad bc they still look amazing but next time around I need to make sure that's how they will turn out. The price is right for how much product you get. I will be using them again.

Would be 5 stars if ever received shipping confirmation like they claim to send you.

The customer service from Wizard was awesome. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly. The quality of the print and material of the labels I ordered is good. My reason for giving 4 stars is that my design has a thin border around it, and the prints are off from side to side and top to bottom on most of my variations, meaning that the border is almost entirely cut off on the right side of most of my labels. Since it's going in the back of the product, it's not a huge deal. But if you have a design that has a border, be aware that the printing and cutting process could affect the design.

The box arrived as scheduled but it was open. They need to put more tape to keep it from opening. They only have one tape on top and one at the bottom. The one at the bottom split open, I can tell some rolls fell on the floor, small damage. The tape at the top was half split. They must put at least 3 tapes on top and 3 at the bottom, it's a heavy box.

I have not received the product yet. Need to review after product received.

Process was fast and easy up front. Website ordering was great! I wasn't notified though when the order was shipped or when it arrived at our site....so the back end of the process could have been a bit better.
