The labels are excellent.... the processing, production, delivery time is less than ideal. Not sure if this is a result of demand and has caused a slower process? We have been using your services/products for a couple years and as of about 6 months ago, things are taking longer to receive. The staff is terrific, always helpful and kind!

I love the labels and the ability to submit personalized labels. IMO.. the lead time is too long. The notification to proof falls through the cracks way too easy which can add to delay too

In the past, the time from proof approval to shipment was 1 or 2 days. In this instance it was considerably longer. For us, we counted on the order being processed in the usual rapid time it had in the past and had our product shipped overnight. But because it took so much longer to print and ship, the expedited shipping was wasted and we missed our own delivery deadline waiting for labels to arrive. We had factored in several additional days but this wasn't enough. We will have to keep in mind that the service is slower than it had been in the past in our future orders.

The process was easy, and the price was competitive, but the color saturation was not as vivid as I was expecting. Also, some stickers are not retaining adhesion as well as they should.
