I'm in the process of scaling my freelance business and Hectic was exactly the tool I needed. I spend less time doing administrative tasks, and more time focusing on the work. I did a lot of research on similar products before making the decision to go with Hectic. I couldn't find anything else that offered everything I needed. (Invoicing, proposals, contracts, scheduling, and project management & more). Set up and learning the interface was a breeze, and they continue to take feedback from customers and make improvements. Lastly, the customer service has been incredible. The staff is quick to respond to any questions I have, and are always asking for suggestions on ways they can improve the tool. 10/10

When I started freelancing again, I was looking for something of a one-stop shop for my business management (time tracking, proposal/contract e-signing, invoicing, bookkeeping). After doing a few trials with other companies, I stumbled upon Hectic and it hits every base I was looking for—for less than their competitors. They're quick to respond to questions and have all worked as freelancers at some point, so they seem to really be in touch with the needs of their clients.

I send a lot of small, frequent invoices and proposals for my consulting business. Before using Hectic, I used Harvest and I often forgot to bill my clients for all the work I did. A lot of things fell through the cracks and I didn’t want to nickel and dime them. Now it’s so easy to get all these little things out to them that I end up billing at least $1,000 a month more.

When I shut my eyes and jumped into the freelancing industry, I didn't realize how many different types of apps I'd need to manage all the freelancing basics: invoicing, time tracking, customer proposals, discovery questionnaires, expense tracking, project/task management, business development, client tracking, the list goes on! I tried so many different software apps out there but they were all geared for teams and companies - not sole freelancers. I am so relieved to have found Hectic! It literally saves me hours a day and keeps all my freelance activities in one user-friendly place. I absolutely cannot wait to see what they have in store for us next!

Hectic is the gateway for me being able to streamline the process of running a business! I own a mobile automotive detailing business as well as a photography and videography freelance business and this has been super helpful and applicable to both of those for managing my clients and creating and completing projects! I have definitely seen an improvement on my deadline meeting requirements as well as my client follow up and interaction. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to streamline and become more efficient with their business

I was so excited when I was introduced to Hectic. As a freelancer who is *very* early on in their photography and writing career, the concept of creating timelines, contracts, and invoices was super intimidating. Thankfully, when I first created my Hectic account I found it easy, and even exciting to navigate. My husband and I were able to send out our very first proposal to a new client of ours for our photography business. The format made it so easy to create and understand and we received signatures easily. Hectic makes me feel in control and excited to start this new journey. I also love their passion for promoting and encouraging a diverse range of freelancers. Can’t wait to dive into the app even more.

Loving this product so far, and I’ve tried them all. Tailored to freelancers and seems to be solving the problems that other products couldn’t for me. The dashboard is clean and the way I need to organize projects and deliverables is clean and efficient. No clutter and a joy to use!
