So I am an extremely peculiar type of business man. I have ridiculously high standards and I have tried every single CRM system under the sun and it never gave me more then 70% of what I would expect from a CRM system. And then I found hectic by some weird accident when looking for a new platform. I can't even tell you how anymore but I am damn glad I stumbled upon them. Hectic does a lot of things right but where they truly stand out is that they have looked at it from an entrepreneur perspective. The platform just functions how a platform should function. And the support is beyond impressive. The onboarding call (with one of the founders mind you) was not only refreshing but their willingness to listen to their clients on items such as crypto integration is mindblowing. They are not stuck in a pre conceived idea of what we should need but are truly listening to what we in FACT do need. I have finally found my forever CRM system.

First class and support to match. After looking around for the perfect software I have finally found it. If you are bored with trying to make your business fit around things like Dubsado this is for you! Super easy to set up and looks great too!

I absolutely adore Hectic. I came to it from Honeybook, and it's so much more of what I need. The client portal is awesome, the calendar is fantastic, and the forms and schedulers make my life so much easier. Hectic is still newer, so there are some functions they don't have YET, but every time I write their customer support, they're very responsive, and they're a step ahead of me, letting me know that the functions are already set for release. They keep this up, and I will be a Hectic customer forever. LOVE them.

If you're a freelance creative or if you run a small creative agency, do yourself a favor and move your operations to Hectic. The interface is simple and clean, you can do your accounting (love this feature), and you can send your clients to beautiful portals for all their interactions with you. Oh, and they're customer service is quick to respond and very friendly. Grateful they exist and looking forward to future updates (project timeline Gantt charts for internal planning and client clarity, please!!)

A first time user of Hectic: Freelance smarter..... What I can honestly say to anyone out there who needs easy get off the ground to build a solid Freelancer Business this is the place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so helpful,positive and can't forget convenient too as in take it with you anywhere smartphone style. Fantastic value for freelancers, sole traders and small businesses. Easy integrations that aren't difficult to learn. The best thing about it is how easy it is to use and comprehend. I'm able to streamline my processes to offer an excellent and professional customer experience, automate my workflow, send invoices, get paid and monitor it all from one place. Support is fantastic, talk to a human not a bot. Highly recommended.

I've been looking for a new system to help me manage my projects — both from a timekeeping standpoint and from a billing standpoint. Hectic hits the nail on the head for both. When onboarding, all my questions were answered on the spot and they even made additions to app at my request. As a designer, the smart interface and aesthetics make it a pleasure to use and share. I couldn't be happier so far.

To be honest, I've spent quite some time looking for the best freelancer platform, which can help me manage my clients more efficiently. Of course "the best" is highly subjective, but for me it's the ratio between features offered and pricing. I came across some really good services, but they either had too many features and as a result were fairly expensive, or lacked the functionality I needed. Through some blog post I managed to find Hectic and this so far has been one of my best subscriptions ever. Great pricing, tons of features and most importantly - amazing customer service. Any recommendation I send over, they implement within 24-48 hours, which is certainly not something I was expecting. Pointing me in the right direction and helping me use the software - sure, but making improvements/adjustments so that my workflow goes better, this exceeded my expectations. I'm not the kind of guy who will waste time writing reviews (unless I am really unhappy from a service), but Hectic are so good, both in terms of lean functionality for a freelancer and customer service, that they made it impossible for me not to jump in and write a review. This is truly the best best freelancer project/client management platform I've came across and I think it deserves nothing less than 5 stars. Keep up the great work, guys!
