I was super frustrated with Bonsai since it is so buggy and not user friendly. Hectic is like 1000 times better. Very happy with user interface and features. It seems much more user focused and also much better organized and intuitive.

Great Service from Founders! I had an issue with billing, which happens from time to time on any platform. As soon as I notified the team via chat, one of the founders jumped into the chat, rectified the situation and even got on a video call to explain what had happened.

While Hectic primarily targets freelancers, DO NOT IGNORE Hectic if you run a small business. I own and run a small marketing and business development company with multiple employees and contractors. We've been using Hectic for about 9 months and it's hands down the best solutions we've used to manage the day to day of our company and client relationships. From Hubspot to Hectic and in between, we've used most of the major "All-in-one" CRM type solutions out there. Over the last 6 years, we've tried Dubsado, Zoho One, Monday, Bonsai, Freshworks, AgileCRM, Insightly, and most recently (before Hectic) we were using Hubspot (for about a year). Bottom line is this: We were able to move directly from Hubspot to Hectic within 30-60 days with the help of the Hectic team. What took multiple third party integrations to achieve in Hubspot, we've been able to achieve natively within Hectic. Leaving Hubspot behind also saved us about $440 dollars a month. Moving to Hectic also relieved our teams app/integration fatigue and we're able to provide a much cleaner experience for our team and our clients. Geoff and his team know us and our team by name. On multiple occasions, they've spent time on video calls with us to understand our needs and help us achieve what we need within Hectic - to the point of building out functionality that didn't even exist yet so we could achieve our goals. Nobody else does that. There is so much more I could say. But, ultimately, we are Hectic users for life. One of the best decisions we made as a company over the last 5 years.

There are not enough words to say how excited I am to be able to use this platform. I tried multiple similar platforms that were a lot more expensive and a lot harder to understand but hectic takes the lead for me as a freelancer and as a small agency. The support team guides you through everything even if you have a hundred questions they answer each one with respect and professionalism. Highly recommend! The workflow edition recently made me a full-time member.

I discovered the Hectic app in early 2022, and it has completely transformed the way I manage my freelance business. Not only is it affordable, but the customer service is next-level. The team at Hectic truly listens to their customer's feedback and is always looking for ways to improve the app and make it more useful for freelancers like me. It's amazing how the app has evolved in such a short time period and to watch it grow with features and functionality. One of my favorite features is the ability to easily track my time and expenses, which has greatly improved my invoicing and accounting process. The app also allows me to easily create and send proposals and contracts to clients for eSignatures, saving me a lot of time, hassle, and expense of using third-party eDocument providers. This platform far exceeds its competitors and is very affordable. A must-have for all freelancers!

I was still on a trial account and had lots of questions about importing information from my existing accounting system. Michelle from their CS team replied to my email in no time at all, and was unbelievably helpful and responsive until I got things figured out. I was impressed enough with her help and the overall experience within Hectic that I bought a Pro plan subscription. Fast forward a couple weeks and I was having trouble finding some recurring invoices I had set up. Not only did one of the co-founders, Geoff, jump on chat with me and help me personally, he also answered a handful of other questions and even introduced a new option based on an email I had sent in. I never got help like this from my current vendor—not once, not ever. The customer service I have had from this team is absolutely glorious, and I am 100% confident I've made the right choice in moving to Hectic. I can't wait to finish setting everything up and really start using Hectic in 2023. Thank you Michelle and Geoff for being wonderful!

They have such a focus on freelancers, and they really seem to be passionate about helping this community. I got in touch via their chat function and ended up chatting to the lead Dev who was incredibly helpful and friendly. During the chat I made a request for multiple workspaces, and I've just received a personal email from the team that this will be implemented in the app! Fantastic product, so helpful for streamlining my business, and such great service from their team. And I haven't even signed up to the paid version - yet! I definitely will!

As a VA, this has come in so handy. My company is small but will grow. I look forward to using the paid version of this. The freebie restrictions are very fair (not invoices per month or invoice value based), Hectic gives you room to grow. No need for Toggl Track for time tracking plus a paid PDF signature software for my SLA's plus... the other freebie invoicing software I was using before this couldn't issue a credit note?! -- this *can* thankfully void a transaction when a client changes their billing info. I'm also getting asana vibes from their new release notes, I need to make time to see if I can bring that usage into Hectic as well. I look forward to growing my VA gig enough to bring other team members on board and would be happy to pay at that time, for the massive value Hectic has added... (even with my country's weaker currency :)
