Moxie completely changed the way I run my business for the better. I went from dreading sending proposals and invoices (not my strength) to seamlessly creating agreements that have helped build more committed (and financially rewarding) relationships with clients. If there is something Moxie doesn't do that freelancers need, the creators want to know and relish the opportunity to fill the gap. But wait! That's not all. The customer services is not only astonishingly good--it's friendly, collaborative, and genuinely pleasant. Can you imagine? I would give six stars if I could.

Moxie uncomplicates things. They actually make use of common sense. I was able to plan, prepare for, and complete a project easily--all the way through to getting paid and beyond. I have no desire to even think about Dubsado.

I've been using Hectic (now called Moxie) for a few months now and to say I'm impressed is an understatement! It has everything a freelancer needs: it's designed well and easy to navigate, it has customisable forms and agreements, time tracking, invoicing, schedulers, basic accounting like expenses and profit/loss reports and a client portal (I LOVE the client portal). Their customer service has been the best I've ever experienced. Geoff and his team respond so fast and are always extremely helpful (even when I annoy them with lots of questions). Lastly, they're constantly making upgrades! They have a feedback submission page and they actually listen to their users on how to improve. Amazing product and amazing team. 100% recommend this to all freelancers.

Not only does Moxie meet all of my freelancing needs without boxing me into a rigid workflow, the customer service is hands-down, the best I have ever encountered. I can't believe the price for the value I have received in regular upgrades and nearly instantaneous assistance when I need it.

Hectic is one of the best apps out there for managing clients, contracts, invoices, and payments. Their customer support is second to none. And I'm not just talking about their competitors. Hectic has, on multiple occasions, implemented new functionality to help me meet legal and tax compliance requirements in my country. As someone who uses 50+ apps and tools, no other SaaS company has ever been as quick to respond to requests and as efficient either. 11/10 I recommend Hectic to any freelancer out there.

I was using Trello + Wave to organize my work and do my billing and accounting. I've switched to Hectic and could not be happier. The time tracking was a key upgrade for me, and having my invoices pull from time tracked in projects is great. Not only that, the training and attention from the founders and staff of Hectic is outstanding. I've increased my billing numbers since moving to Hectic. Best thing I've done for my business since starting it!
