It was easy to sign up for a paid version of Moxie. I had used it previously but dropped it down to only one client, so I went to the free version. It's a wonderful tool because it works with your business needs! The help center is very thorough, and I know that someone from the Moxie team will help me if I have additional questions. As I continue to use it, I am sure that I can give a more detailed response on this.

Moxie is a very well designed tool for managing your clients, projects and tasks. It is full of value and has most features you could possibly want. The team is very responsive to questions and this is a tool still under development with new features being released regularly.

I love moxie this has helped take my business to the next level. It’s very user friendly and keeps my clients information organized. The only thing I wish it had was spell check.

So, I love Moxie, and I've been using it since it was Hectic. Honestly, I don't know how I could have signed agreements or kept track of invoices without it. I discovered it at the perfect time in my freelance career. However, it doesn't allow me to add my Nigerian phone number. My country code doesn't show or come up and because of that, I've not been able to enable two-factor authentication.

This app has saved me so much time. One thing is that I can easily calculate hours and bill in one place. For that reason, it has saved me from making mistakes on my invoices. Also, I can write up contracts and estimates so quickly. The only problem I have is that the invoice numbering wasn’t automatically unique to each client. I had to open a new invoice, reset it and then close it out and reopen.

I've really enjoyed using this app! Simple to use, well organized, and makes tracking multiple projects and clients easy. 4 stars instead of 5 only because of the invoicing/project tracking - it makes total sense for project-based businesses, but as a admin service based on retainer/recurring hourly work, it's been tricky to figure out how to track and invoice for work where each 'project' I do for a client could only take 10-45 minutes (or 10 minutes a day, continuously), and I do 10-20 different 'projects' per week (but don't want to track each 10 minute task as a different project). Maybe I'm missing something; other than that it's a great app and as of now I'll keep using it!
